Shipping

We deliver island-wide to all Parishes within Bermuda on Mondays*, Wednesdays & Fridays. Orders for delivery purchased online will be delivered on the next delivery date following receipt of the confirmation email. Once your order has been packed and prepared to deliver, a confirmation will be sent via EMAIL, letting you know that your order is out for delivery. If no-one is available to accept deliveries, we will leave packages at the door or within reception areas.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note: We currently do not accept overseas credit cards on our website. We also do not ship internationally. If you wish to make a purchase for local delivery or collection, please contact our PERSONAL SHOPPER to process international payments. Email: shop@palmlane.bm  

Returns

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. If you are not 100% satisfied with your on-line purchase, within 14 days from the purchase date, you can return the items to Palm Lane.

Simply bring it back to Palm Lane with your receipt within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in perfect condition with all the tags and packaging still intact. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with.

For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept returns on all bedding, pillows, towels, blankets, and throws.
