We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. If you are not 100% satisfied with your on-line purchase, within 14 days from the purchase date, you can return the items to Palm Lane.
Simply bring it back to Palm Lane with your receipt within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in perfect condition with all the tags and packaging still intact. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with.
For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept returns on all bedding, pillows, towels, blankets, and throws.
